Susie’s Place Child Advocacy Center is a neutral, child-friendly center for the investigation of alleged child abuse and neglect, while maintaining the child as the first priority. Partnering with law enforcement, child protective services, and prosecutors, Susie’s Place has conducted over 1,000 child forensic interviews of alleged child victims of crime and child witnesses to violent crimes. Located in Avon and Bloomington, IN, Susie’s Place has served 16 Indiana counties and 8 other states. Child Advocacy centers ensure that children are not further victimized by the interventions intended to protect them.
On July 21, 2012, the 3rd Annual Susie’s Place charity Ride will be held. We are currently reaching out to our business and civic community for support so we can continue the wonderful work that has taken place.
Your group can help us by a financial donation or donating goods and services. We estimate about 150 riders will be attending and are in need of food donations, door prizes and more.
We will also be having T-shirts printed for the event.
